Governors

The board of governors is responsible to the Academy Trust and the Department of Education and Ofsted. They oversee the strategic management of CVPS. They are responsible for the management of the budget, securing high levels of attendance, and pupil behaviour, and supporting and challenging the school to achieve its strategic goals. They are responsible for fulfilling the funding agreement with the Department for Education to assure the DfE of high quality teaching, learning and outcomes for its pupils.

Any enquiries, issues or concerns relating to CVPS should be raised with the Principal or her staff in the first instance; however, parents are free to write to Mr Steve Hornsby, Chair of Governors, if they so wish. If parents would like to contact any of the Governors, please telephone the Office on 01670 735177 or email info@villageprimary.org.
